Because not enough upfront information or I’ve already passed but offered to be helpful anyways. A lot of the time, our job is to be supporters of the entrepreneurial community so if people want feedback, I do my best to be transparent, but helpful. I’ve actually had a bunch of founders that I passed on first take, but agreed to provide feedback and help, who then later referred me to some of my favorite deals because they were thankful.
